Kolbe Mixer Grinders

The Kolbe MWK32-45 mixer grinder is the latest addition to the Kolbe range of mixer grinders. The MWK32-45 mincer grinder is the ideal solution for butchers producing small batches of sausage and burger meat. The mixer grinder comes complete with an L&W knife and 4.5mm mincing plate. The MWK32-45 mixer grinder is capable of mixing a maximum of 45 litre or 60lb of product at any one time and has a throughput of 950kg/h. The mixer grinder is available in single or three phase electric supply both of which have a 3kW4HP worm drive motor. The worm drive motor can be increased in the mixer grinder to 4kW 5.4HP as an option in the three phase mixer grinder only. The build quality, reliability and performance of this mixer grinder really has to be seen to be believed and since launching this new product it is fast becoming our biggest selling mincer grinder in the Kolbe range. This is due to the small stature of the mixer grinder as well as efficient and large product throughputs comparable to a lot of other larger mixer grinders. The Kolbe MWK32-80 mixer grinder is probably the best 32 sized mixer grinder on the market today. The mixer grinder is suitable for use in small to medium supermarkets and meat processors that wish to produce sausage mix or minced meat in batches up to 160lb. The MWK32-80 is a high performance mincer grinder capable of producing 1100kg/h of product whilst ensuring gentle processing and a well displayed end product. The mixer grinder is made entirely from high quality stainless steel and comes with the choice of drive motor power, either 4kW or 5.5kW, depending on the customers requirements. As with all Kolbe's mixer grinders the MWK32-80 has been built to last and Kolbe prides itself with their 'over engineered' approach to manufacturing. The MW100 mixer grinder features 'automatic reverse' of the mixing arm. This enables fast and consistent mix of product while ensuring that virtually no product is left unmixed in the worm, this feature almost eliminates the need for putting that first few pound back in the hopper. The mincer grinder comes as standard with a 4.5mm L&W plate and knife to suit. If you need to mince with a plate that has more than 8mm holes in, then by law you are required to protect the head of the machine. The Kolbe MWK32-80 mixer grinder has the option of adding an outlet protection guard for an extra cost.

The Kolbe MW52-120 mixer grinder is what we believe to be the ultimate in mincer grinders, with a massive 240lb hopper capacity, a 52 size head and a throughput of 1700kg/h in optimal conditions the MW52-120 is ideal for use in medium to large meat processors and supermarkets. The MW52-120 mixer grinder comes with the option to add an outlet protection guard for mincing through plates with holes greater than 8mm. The mixer grinder is constructed from high quality stainless steel and is often to referred to as the 'German Tank' due to its weight and physical appearance. The MW52-120 mixer grinder has been constructed to Kolbe's usual high standards and finish and due to the precision geometry of the worm and head it ensures the best possible homogeneity particularly when mixing with herbs and spices etc.

This Kolbe MW56-200 is one of the new models launched by Kolbe at the end of 2016 along with the MW56-330 with hoist. The MW56-200 mixer grinder is has a batch size of approx. 100kg at any one time. The MW56-200 mixer grinder is capable of processing small meat pieces at a temperature as low as - 8 degrees C. the mixer grinder has a strong 18.5kW drive mincing motor and a 1.5kW mixing motor, with a hopper capacity of 200 litres. The MW56-200 mixer grinder has a throughput of approx. 2250kg per hour and comes as standard with a 56 sized enterprise system, with the option to have a unger system fitted instead (MW160-200).

The MW56-200 mixer grinder has a throughput of approx. 2250kg per hour and comes as standard with a 56 sized enterprise system, with the option to have a unger system fitted instead (MW160-200).

The Kolbe MW56-330 is a new model to the Kolbe range of mixer grinders. The MW56-330 comes complete with hoist and an enterprise set up for knives and plates (unger system available on request - MW160-330). The MW56-330 mixer grinder has an approximate batch size of 250kg at a time and is capable of mincing and mixing meat as low as - 14 degrees. The MW56-330 mixer grinder has a stepless variable mixing arm run off a 2HP motor. The included hoist allows you to run the mixer grinder continuously with an output of approx 2750 - 3000 kg per hour. The MW56-330 is built to the usual high specifications by Kolbe in Germany and has the usually high cutting precision using L&W plates and knives. This new Kolbe MW56-330 mixer grinder is ideal for medium to large food processors looking for a 21st century mixer grinder to last a lifetime.

The Kolbe AWM56 industrial mixer grinder is one of the largest in the Kolbe range. The AWM56 is based on the AWM52 mixer grinder but features a 56 size head, larger main drive motor and greater throughput. The mixer grinder has the same 220 litre hopper as the AWM52 which is capable of holding upto 200kg of product at any one time. The mincer grinder is constructed from high quality stainless steel using Kolbe's methods of 'over engineering' which results in a truly magnificent mixer grinder. The main drive motor of the mixer grinder is as standard 30kW. The machine comes as standard with variable speed, hopper and loosening device. The AWM52 mincer grinder also has Kolbe's 'auto-reverse system' which ensures that all prodcut in the hopper is mixed consistently by spinning th worm backwards for a few seconds to force the product back up into the hopper, whilst the mixing paddle changes direction. The mixer grinder takes plates that are 160mm in diameter and comes with various different sized holes to produce the perfect end result everytime.
